Akaylah graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Photography and Imaging.
Since graduation she has travelled the world and has worked with highly respected photographers, producers, and production designers acquiring hands on professional experience in the Photo and Film industry.
She has contributed to the making of music videos, branded content, digital spots, and live events for well-known artists and brands. She has a vast set of skills that range from working with still life to corralling exotic parrots.
